Akron Comicon 2015 Recap
I gotta say, I had a great time at Akron Comicon 2015 this weekend. I sold a bunch of posters, made some awesome custom sketches, and witnessed pop culture fans at their finest. The turnout was fantastic, and Quaker Square became quite packed; next year's con will be moving to a larger convention space, and rightfully so!

This year, I was one of the artists selected to judge the cosplay contest, and I got to see some truly impressive, creative costumes. It's always great to see the innovation and ingenuity that goes into the costume contests. Congratulations again to everyone who won!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank show promoters Mike Savene and Bob Jenkins for another great show, my fellow cosplay judges Jason Fitch, Aubrey Mae, and John Dudas of Carol & John's Comics, and lastly, my booth buddy and friend Ryan Gelsinger (pictured above with Rey from the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII)!
